Hub for Organizations

Help people find your programs and services.

The Hub is most useful when community organizations keep their information complete, accurate, and current. Before adding anything new, begin by searching for your organization and programs—they may already be listed.

Before you begin

Gather your organization name, program name, description, eligibility, service area, address or service location, hours, intake process, contact information, languages, accessibility details, and any documents or links a community member needs.

Choose the right action

  • Search first — Visit TheHubSpot.org and search for your organization and each program.
  • Claim an existing organization — If your organization is listed but unmanaged, use the claim process to request ownership.
  • Add a missing program — Add a specific service or program only after confirming it is not already listed.
  • Suggest an update — Use the available update route when information is inaccurate and you do not manage the listing.
  • Manage your listings — Sign in regularly to review descriptions, hours, eligibility, contacts, and availability.

Keep information current

Review listings at least quarterly and whenever a program changes, pauses, closes, moves, or changes eligibility. Duplicate or outdated listings make it harder for people to reach the right support.
